Software Engineer
We're a small product studio that builds real products for real founders. We use AI tooling to move 3x faster without breaking things. Every engineer here owns features from database schema to deployed UI.
What you'll do
- Build and ship full-stack features in TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Cloudflare Workers
- Own the entire lifecycle: schema design, API, UI, deploy, monitor
- Write code alongside AI tooling, review what it produces, and ship with confidence
- Work directly with founders and clients to understand what needs to get built
- Small PRs, continuous delivery, something lands in production every week
What we're looking for
- Strong TypeScript and React skills. You've shipped real products, not just side projects
- Comfortable with backend work: APIs, databases, infrastructure
- Experience with or willingness to learn Cloudflare Workers, Drizzle ORM, oRPC
- You care about edge cases, error handling, and what happens when things go wrong
- You communicate clearly in async environments. No hand-holding needed
Nice to have
- Experience with React Native or mobile development
- Familiarity with Terraform, Alchemy, or infrastructure-as-code
- You've worked at a small company or studio before and know how to operate without process overhead
- You've used AI coding tools seriously, not just for demos
