Product Person
We don't have a PM layer that exists to move tickets around. Product here means you're the person who makes sure we're building the right thing, scoped correctly, for the right reason. You work directly with founders and engineers.
What you'll do
- Talk to users and clients to understand what actually matters
- Shape scope and priorities. Cut what doesn't matter, protect what does
- Write clear specs that engineers can build from without guessing
- Own product outcomes, not just feature completion
- Work across multiple client projects simultaneously
What we're looking for
- You've shipped real products, not just managed backlogs
- Strong written communication. Async-first means your writing has to be clear
- You can make decisions with incomplete information and course-correct fast
- Technical enough to have architecture conversations with engineers
- You care about whether the thing works for users, not whether the sprint looks clean
Nice to have
- Experience in a startup or studio environment
- Background in engineering or design
- You've worked directly with founders before
